Is the studio in Berlin open to public ?
Our studio (atelier and office spaces) is not open to public and we receive our professional partners there on appointment only. However we have also opened a boutique & gallery
in a part of it as a showroom and concept store with a wide range of our creations, open to everyone.
Do you have a store or a showroom ?
Yes, we have opened a boutique & gallery
for our customers and visitors in the premises of our Studio with a large range of our creations. It is located in Berlin Wedding, not far from the center and easy to reach with public transportation.
I am an artist, illustrator or graphic designer. Can I join your studio, and how ?
Our studio is still at an early stage of development and at this time, as a rule, we are not working with new artists (we have a lot of ongoing projects to finish before). However, if you think that your work corresponds to the spirit of the studio, do not hesitate to contact us, we will try to see together if we can find a way to collaborate.
Do you work on commission ? Is it possible to request or order a custom artwork ?
Normally not. As we have already a lot of ongoing projects we don't really have so much time for extra work like creating artworks on commission. But, once again, and because we (almost) never say never, if you have a very interesting and inspiring project that fits with the spirit of our studio, feel free to share with us your idea and your vision about it. We will see together if it can lead to a collaboration.
Occasionally our artists create artwork and designs for specific requests, such as posters for events, but especially for tattoo projects. Do not hesitate to contact us, we will put you in touch.
Do you do wholesales ?
We are currently working on a business offer and partnership for resellers. All the informations will be available in the Wholesale and Partnership Section
section when ready.
Where are your products designed and produced ?
The artworks and products are exclusively designed by ourselves at the Studio Akzynth in Berlin. Textile products (T-Shirts, bags…) and some hand printed posters are also screen printed at the studio. Our digitally printed articles (as posters, prints on canvas, aluminum or acrylic glass…) are produced by some reliable partners here in Germany and in the E.U.
Are your products ecologically friendly and safe ?
We attach the greatest importance to ensuring that our creations, in all stages of their production, respect the environment and work to protect it. Whether it is the manufactured products, raw materials, printing and packaging that we order from our suppliers and partners, or during the operations that we carry out ourselves in our Studio (screen printing, production and finishing, cleaning, etc.).
All our textile products (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Bags...) are Oeko-Tex® certified, and we always ensure that all the products from our suppliers have been manufactured under fair conditions.
Some products or sizes are out of stock since a while. Will they be available again ?
We try to produce or order again missing products as soon as possible. Some of them have to be produced in large series and sometimes we have to wait to sell all the sizes or variations to launch a new production. Some other products or designs are discontinued and should be replaced by a new and better version (from our point of view).
Do you print custom T-Shirts ?
We print only our own creations, imagined and designed exclusively by the artists of the studio. Our T-Shirts (and other textile products) are screen printed by hand, in rather large quantities. This technique is not suitable for a single print or for a few pieces anyway.
Do you sell your artworks printed on stretched canvas ?
Yes, our prints on canvases can be purchased as canvas only or stretched by ourselves (for an additional fee). Currently stretched canvases on stretcher bars are available only in our Berlin store
and sometimes at the markets and events
but cannot be purchased online yet.

Why is the website only in English language ?
Even if our studio is based in Berlin, an important part of the visitors of our website are coming from outside Germany and don't speak German. So we decided, at first, to publish our content exclusively in English, because it is a global language which is easier to understand (and to translate for most of the online translation services). A multilingual version of our site would require a lot of time to propose an accurately translated content, especially with the products offered in the online store, and therefore much more time to keep it up to date.
We plan in the future to offer all the content of our website in the different languages of our visitors. But it will need a lot of work and so a certain time to be accomplished.
How long does it take for the purchased products to be shipped ?
Usually products in stock are shipped within 2 business days. If products are no longer available when the order is confirmed (limited stocks, high demand…), we will manage to supply them again as soon as possible, with shipping within 10 or 15 days maximum. If we are unable to supply the missing item within these times, we will naturally offer a replacement or a refund.
How long does it take to receive my order ?
It depends on the destination, the carrier, the mode of transport, as well as other factors. In general it takes 2 or 3 business days for Europe and up to 3 weeks for the most distant destinations. However, we always try to provide a tracking number in order to track the shipment.
I made a mistake, can I cancel my order ?
Of course, you can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped, please contact us

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet ?
In most cases we ship the orders by carrier with tracking number. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time or the tracking number (if applicable) does not provide relevant information on the status of the package, do not hesitate to contact us

Is there a way to track the shipment of my order ?
Whenever possible we try to ship the orders by carrier with tracking number. It is generally sent with the shipping confirmation email.
My country doesn't seem to be eligible for shipping, can I still purchase products?
Unfortunately we currently ship only to the following countries :
